What is the process of Punch Pin? 1.Material Section. Cut the qualified raw materials into round rods accroding to the length required by the punching pins designed on the drawing. 2.Performance processing. The cut round rods were roughed first, then heated to 800~1300℃ in high-frequency electric furnace or salt bath furnace, and stayed for 2~5min. The oil was cold hardened, and the hardness of tip reached HV590-800 after fine quenching heat treatment. And then low temperature tempering treatment. 3.Grinding accuracy. The heat treatment of the punching needle, through the lathe, plane grinding, R machine, centerless grinding and other processes into finished products. 4.Surface treatment. That is, polishing, the surface of the oil stains, rust and other cleaning, so that the surface clean and smooth. 5.Quality inspection, packaging, recording and warehousing. Check according to the required index index, and label the qualified ones for packing and warehousing.
